It looks like they hired a lot of people during the pandemic and now they are trying to get teachers who have been around a while and make more money to quit, so they can hire in more newbies at 12$ an hour. And since you need open classes to establish new regulars I have been forced to start looking for a new job. They only gave me one class on the open board this week. Now they changed it again (back to auto booking with no assurance of any classes) and it got even worse if it were not for my established regular students I would have almost no classes. I went from 20 hours a week to less than ten.

Recent changes in how classes are scheduled equate to teacher all rushing to book a very limited amount of classes.

But it was ok because it was easy and work from home. I have been working for EF to bring in a little extra money for years and the flexibility is the main reason I stayed.
